Sunstate Cement Ltd (SCL) respects personal
privacy and takes all reasonable steps to ensure that all personal

privacy provisions of all applicable legislation.
SCL is bound by the National Privacy Principles and is
committed to enforcing compliance with them when handling personal

With the exception of employee records, which are
exempt from privacy legislation, Sunstate Cement Ltd only collects
information about customer's directors, partners, sole traders and job
applicants. The personal information collected is name, address, date of
birth and credit history where applicable.
SCL will only collect and use information that is

collect sensitive information (as defined under the Act), we will treat it
